Then we dig into your numbers. Not just the pretty projections you showed investors, but the real day-to-day cash situation. Most founders are shocked when we map out where money actually goes versus where they think it goes.
From there, we build a financial strategy that works with your constraints. Maybe that means restructuring how you pay contractors, or rethinking which features to prioritize based on revenue impact rather than founder preference.
We don't disappear after handing you a document. You'll probably message us at odd hours when something doesn't make sense, and that's fine. This stuff is complicated, and questions come up as you implement changes.
Some clients work with us for a few months during a critical phase. Others keep us around as their financial situation evolves. There's no forced commitment—we continue as long as it's genuinely useful.
